My name is Alicia Hemby (better known as Coach) and I am the physical 

 education teacher here at Hopkins.  Please allow me to share a little information about

 myself.

      I have been an educator in VISD for 28 years and at Hopkins for 8 of these.  While my  specialization is in Reading , my true passion is health and fitness.  I actually consider to be a "fitness fanatic" and try to spread my enthusiasm  to as many as possible.  It is my goal to teach students the importance of Health and Exercise

in hopes that they may continue to practice what has been learned in the future.
